Mountain Waters Chapel
Mountain Waters Chapel at Beard will be welcoming overnight guests beginning May- October 2008. Leslee McCarty, former owner of the nearby Current Bed and Breakfast, which is now closed, will be your host at the chapel.
Although meals will not be provided, there is a kitchenette and an outdoor gas grill, so bring along your favorite food or make prior arrangements for the fridge to be stocked.
The location of the lodging is right in the middle of the beautiful Greenbrier River Trail and close to many state parks and National Forest trails and attractions.
There is a double bed and a queen sleeper and a rollaway bed, so families and friends can share the wonderful open space and serene feeling of this airy chapel, built in 1922.
